So to guarantee the best possible outcome in Photoshop and during printing, we prefer to collect your photo directly by email. This allows us to preserve the full resolution and quality of your original file.

For the highest quality results, please follow these simple guidelines when selecting and submitting your photo:

  • Clarity and Lighting:
    • Choose pictures that are clear, well-lit, and in focus.
    • Natural light or bright, even indoor lighting works best.
    • Avoid shadows that obscure faces or details.
  • Backgrounds:
    • Pictures with plain, non-distracting backgrounds are ideal, as they make it easier for our team to edit and focus on the main subject.
  • Image Source:
    • Best Options: Photos taken directly from modern smartphones or a digital camera generally provide the best high-resolution files.
    • Other Options: We will do our absolute best to work with any picture you submit if the above options are not available, but quality may be affected.
